- You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched from our facility in Bangalore.
2. Shipping Timeline (0-7 Days)
We aim to deliver all orders within a window of 0 to 7 business days from the time of dispatch, depending on your location:
- Local Delivery (Bangalore): 0 to 2 business days (Same-day delivery may be available for select zip codes for orders placed before our daily cutoff time).
- Metro Cities (Tier 1): 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3): 4 to 7 business days.
Note: Deliveries to remote locations or during peak holiday/festival seasons may occasionally take the full 7 days or slightly longer due to courier network congestion.
3. Shipping Rates
- Prepaid Orders: We offer standard free shipping on all prepaid orders across India (or insert your specific threshold, e.g., “Free shipping on orders above ₹999”).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal handling fee may apply to all COD orders. The exact shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey directly via our courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts and Issues
- Missed Deliveries: Our delivery partners will typically make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, they may try to contact you on the phone number provided at checkout.
- Incorrect Address: Purnarvikas is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries if the shipping address provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Please review your details carefully before confirming your order.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. International Shipping
Currently, Purnarvikas ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
