- All requests must be submitted within this timeframe; requests made after 5 days will not be eligible for processing.

- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If a product is received damaged or if the wrong item is delivered, a full refund will be issued or an exchange can be arranged.

- Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Any product showing signs of wear or use will be disqualified from the return process.
4. Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video)
To maintain transparency and process your claim quickly, we require:
- A proper, unedited unboxing video from start to finish.
- The damage or the incorrect product must be clearly visible in the video.
- Note: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items that have been altered or customized.

- Processing: Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 business days, or your exchange item will be dispatched.
